When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (T.G.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 that basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, police have registered F.I.R.No.34 of 2018 on 20.02.2018 under Sections 447, 427 and 506 I.P.C. and a copy of the said F.I.R. is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
