This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.5 in issuing Prohibitory Orders and Summons Notice vide TS/RO/HYD/21601/T-IV/PDRCNO.6862 & 6864/2018, dated 13.02.2019 to the 7th respondent bank to seize the accounts of the petitioner society, without affording any opportunity or notice to the petitioner and without conducting any enquiry, which in turn seized 17 accounts of the petitioner Society.
Sri P.Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5 submits that by virtue of interim order dt.22.02.2019 granted by this Court, the entire amounts have been paid by the petitioner society and in pursuance of the same respondents lifted the seizure of accounts of the petitioner society. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
