ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by order, dated 11.5.2016, in O.A.No.1845 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

After advancing his arguments, Mr. A.Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has disclosed to the Court that after the filing of the Writ Petition and in terms of the impugned order, respondent No.1 has passed an order posting the petitioner to Eluru. In view of this subsequent event, adjudication of this Writ Petition on merits is wholly unnecessary. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.20288 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
