Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication by this Court, since the applications, dated 23.01.2020 and 03.02.2020, made by the petitioner for grant of permission to conduct Dharna on 25.02.2020 at Dharna Chowk, Indira Park, Hyderabad, from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM, have been considered and permission has been accorded to the petitioner. 2.

Recording the said submission, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
