There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, however, heard the learned Government Pleader as well as the counsel appearing for the un-official respondents.
2. The petitioners herein filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to second respondent to implement the orders passed vide Case No.D5/3801/2002, dated 21/02/2004 and a further direction that the F.No.ROR/386/93 and ROR/390/93 in respect of agricultural lands in survey Nos. 280, 281, 30-4, 305, 307, 309, 312, 313 and survey No. 215 of Turkayamjal village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district be called for hearing the Case No. D5/3801/02. Pending writ petition, WPMP.No.33521 of 2005 is filed seeking stay of all further proceedings vide Case No. D5/3801/2002, dated 21/02/2004, on the file of Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy district, pending disposal of the above writ petition.
3. Though this writ petition is of the year 2005, no counter-affidavit is filed till date by any of the respondents.
4. Be that as it may, the basic grievance of the petitioner is that aggrieved by the Proceedings in Case No. D5/3801/2002, dated 21/02/2004
and also in F.No. ROR/386/93 and ROR/390/93, a revision under section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 is filed before the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy district. Though the writ petition has been admitted, no interim orders are passed. After a gap of twelve long years, it is not known as to whether the revision filed before the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy district is disposed of or not. On enquiry with the counsel for all the parties also does not disclose whether the said revision is pending or not.

In these circumstances, the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy district i.e., second respondent herein is directed to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioners against the Case No. D5/3801/2002, dated 21/02/2004 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the orders, if not already disposed of.
6. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stands closed.
