HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13603 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the acts of the respondent No.6 in regularly calling the petitioner to police station and harassing the petitioner and the inaction of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2013 as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and direct the respondent No.6 not to harass the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that by virtue of the orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.16674 of 2013, the respondent police are not calling the petitioner to the police station. As such, no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
