...RESPONDENTS/DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition under Section 482 ol Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the [Vlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings of the F.l.R.No.446 of 202O d1.08.09.202O on the file of CCS (Dd) Women Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered U/Sec. 498-4, 506,494 IPC and sec 4 and 6 of DPA against the petitioner, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

NO: 2 OF 2021 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstanc€s stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings including arrest of the petitioner in F.l.R. No.446 of 2020, d1.08.09.2020 on the file of CCS (Dd) Women Police Station, Hyderabad District, pending disposal of the above Criminal petition and pass such other orderor orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments the Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and none appeared for the Respondent No. 2 and Sri Erigi Ganesh, Advocate for the petitioner, being not present.

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.446 of 2O2O of CCS (Dd) Women Police Station, Hyderabad.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits, on written instructions, that charge sheet is laid and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
