THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19863 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested the court to permit the petitioner to file revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 Act (for short 'the Act') before the second respondent, while directing the second respondent to examine all the allegations and also the documents on which the respective parties are relying and to pass orders as required under Section 9 of the Act.

The liberty sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is granted.

The petitioner if files revision by enclosing copy of this order within two weeks from today, the second respondent is directed to entertain the revision, call for the record while passing the interim order within two weeks thereafter and also dispose of the revision within three months from the date of filing revision. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
