Sri Md. Kaleem Pasha, learned counsel holding for Sri M. Rajender Reddy, advocate on record for the petitioner, does not press the instant contempt case and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action against the respondents for taking away oil barrels from his property.

Contempt case is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that we have not examined the allegation of the petitioner against the respondents and if any complaint is made or steps are taken by the petitioner against the respondents, we hope and trust that the concerned authority/forum shall follow the due process of law.
