Heard.

The petitioner filed the present writ petition alleging that there is a civil dispute between him and the 5th respondent and that the 3rd respondent, at the instance of the 5th respondent, is interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property admeasuring Ac.01 0 gts., in Sy.No.32 situated at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and also threatening his watchman to vacate from the land in question. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that the 3rd respondent never visited the petitioner's aforesaid land nor interfered with the peaceful possession of the land nor threatened the watchman as alleged. It is also stated that the 3rd respondent has not acted at the instance of the 5th respondent. It is further stated that since there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, the police have no role to play.

Apparently, therefore, since the 3rd respondent has denied the allegations made by the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
