Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has not impleaded the affected parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions impleading the affected parties.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
