When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.No.24700 of 2009 and batch, dated 04.01.2016. 2.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners herein to give their explanation to the showcause notice within a period of three weeks from today, in which event, the respondent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioners, within a period of ten weeks thereafter. Till such time, interim order granted by this Court on 11.11.2009 shall be continued. No order as to costs.
