Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order and on such appeal being filed by the petitioner; the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four (08) weeks from the date of filing of appeal by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
