HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 6266 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie material in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall continue.

However, the Police of Yedpally Police Station, Nizamabad District, shall strictly follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., towards the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. The Police of Yedpally Police Station, Nizamabad District, are directed to complete the investigation at the earliest. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
