HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.30925 of 2012 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.1855 of 2019, dated 01.02.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the reviewing authority is set aside and the matter is remanded to the reviewing authority to take appropriate decision and impose lesser punishment than that of termination, in accordance with the Regulations of the Corporation, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
