Learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail remedy under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 against the decision of the Sub-Registrar refusing to entertain the document for registration. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
