On earlier two occasions, there was no representation on both sides. Even today, there is no representation on both sides. It appears, parties are not interested to pursue the appeal. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed for default. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed.
