Guntipalli Srinivasa Rao, v. The District Collector,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 14781 of 2010 ORDER:
No representation for petitioner. Heard Mr.Cheemalapati Ravi for 5th Respondent and Mr. Challa Srinivasa Reddy for 6th Respondent.
2.
Counsel for Respondents 5 & 6 submits that the grievance in the writ petition is against the fishing right said to have been granted in favour of 6th respondent for one year and with the passage of time, the said period is over. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
3.
I have perused the record and this Court is of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioners are not interested in working out the writ prayer. Hence, no one is coming forward to argue the matter.
4.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
