No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that Charge Sheet was filed on 07.10.2015 before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, but Calendar Case number is yet to be assigned and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. While accepting the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to examine the Charge Sheet and the annexures thereto, while taking cognizance, and if it is in order, assign Calendar Case number by application of mind within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
