HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 20880 of 2010 O R D E R:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that on 27.09.2013, this court directed the learned counsel for petitioner to take steps to effect service of notice on the un-served respondent (respondent No.4) within two months from the date of the said order, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed as against the unserved respondent without further reference to this court. Since the said order has not been complied with, the writ petition was dismissed as against respondent No.4 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore writ petition against respondent No.4. In absence of respondent No.4, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
