HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9782 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9057 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 9 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.284 of 2016 of Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.9782 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
