HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3749 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2019 seeking implementation of the orders passed by the 2nd respondent dated 16.08.2018 and 3rd respondent dated 10.05.2019 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent for implementation of the orders passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents dated 17.05.2019 and 10.05.2019 respectively, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2019, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
