Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioners had applied for assignment of Government land to an extent of Ac.1.50 cents each in their favour to the respondents vide representation dated 14.07.2015 in terms of Board Standing Order 15 and the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation 1 of 1959 as amended by Regulation 1 of 1970. The petitioners' grievance is that no orders are passed by the respondents on the said representation.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents states the respondents will pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 14.07.2015 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 14.07.2015 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
