CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.28454 of 2017 Dt: 24.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"i) call for the records pertaining to GO Rt. No. 40 dated 20-12015 and vide GO Rt. No. 46 dated 20-1-2015. and set them aside as bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, biased, without any basis, amounting to non application of mind and unconstitutional and ii) consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Deputy Director in the existing vacancies with effect from the date on which he is entitled for promotion with all consequential benefits iii) by issuance of Writ of Certiorari iv) and to pass any such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." This case has been adjourned on four occasions, from 24.08.2017, at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Today also, a similar request for adjournment is made. As the Counsel for the petitioner is seeking adjournment from time to time without arguing the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
