THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1731 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 09.03.2016, the Court was informed that the sole petitioner had died and that steps would be taken to bring on record the legal representatives in the event the cause in the writ petition survived. The writ petition was accordingly adjourned by four weeks. When the matter was taken up on 19.04.2016, there was no representation. Again upon reopening of the Court after summer vacation on 01.06.2016, the learned counsel for the deceased sole petitioner took further time to bring on record the legal representatives and the matter was adjourned to 08.06.2016.
Today, Sri Lokesh Phanindra, learned counsel representing Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, learned counsel for the deceased sole petitioner, states that they were unable to get any instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition as abated and it is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 22.01.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
