Kum. P. Padma Priya, v. The Principle Accountant General (Audit) And Another,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.16844 of 2004 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 13.11.2017 and 27.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As such, the matter was directed to be posted to 30.11.2017 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of the matter being posted under the said caption, there was no representation on the said date. However, since the issue relates to harassment of a woman public servant, one more opportunity was given to the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
