HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3680 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of principles of natural justice and directing the respondents not to issue any orders in respect of the agricultural lands bearing Sy.No.282/AA admeasuring an extent of Acs.3.00 Guntas and Sy.No.283/ E admeasuring an extent of Acs.3.04 guntas, the total extent of land in the above Survey Nos. is Acs.06.04 guntas situated at Kotra Village, Veldanda Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The aforestated prayer is completely vague as it is not even brought out as to what action of the respondents is assailed and needs to be declared as illegal and contrary to law. The consequential direction cannot be taken into account for understanding the main prayer and in any event, it is equally ambiguous as it is not specified as to what nature of orders should not be passed by the respondents.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving it open to the petitioner to file a fresh case with a proper prayer in accordance with due procedure.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
