THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7449 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not conducting enquiry and taking steps against respondent Nos.4 to 8 pursuant to registration of FIR No.49 of 2017 in Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, Guntur District.

A perusal of the FIR showed that it was registered on 11.02.2017, which obviously means that the crime is under investigation. It is too early to say that the third respondent is not taking any action pursuant to registration of the said crime. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to continue the investigation in the crime and take necessary steps in accordance with law.
