THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 8036 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 17.06.2016, and the same is pending consideration. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to consider the same and pass orders within a timeframe. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the respondents will consider and take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 17.06.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
