HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1251 of 2020 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking a direction to the Special Judge for Economic Offences, Hyderabad, to complete the cross-examination of P.W.1 and trial in C.C.No.37 of 2008 forthwith.

Since the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to complete the trial forthwith and in view of the fact that the C.C. is of the year 2008, the learned Special Judge for Economic Offences, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to conclude the cross-examination of P.W.1 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 15 days from today and shall proceed with the trial of the case in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
