THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3783 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 01.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Bellampalli I Town Police Station, Mancherial District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of relevance for the present writ petition read as under:- "It is submitted that the allegations raised by the writ petitioner against the respondent police is not true and correct. These are baseless and are concocted for the purpose of obtaining favourable orders in the present writ petition.

It is submitted that the respondent police never went to the land of the writ petitioner on any date or accompanied any revenue officials in connection with the land of the writ petitioner herein."

On noticing the same, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 01.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Bellampalli I Town Police Station, Mancherial District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
