HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.1196 OF 2012 JUDGMENT:

Sri Sravan Kumar Mannava, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter, dated 15.02.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the dispute was settled before the trial Court.

2. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled before the trial Court.
