Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5, submits that the persons named in the prayer clause were arrested in connection with Crime No.78 of 2016 on 15.02.2016 by Satyanarayanapuram Police Station and they were produced before Mandal Executive Magistrate, Vijayawada, on the same day and as per his instructions, they were released on execution of personal bonds by the said Magistrate.

In view of this, Sri Akurathi Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of as infructuous. Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
