THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10290 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in issuing the Death Certificate of petitioner's late husband Sri Pathakoti Satyanarayana, in spite of submitting the written application followed by the application dt. 15.11.2016 submitted under RTI Act, 2005 duly enclosing the relevant documents, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct respondent No.3 herein to issue the death certificate of the petitioner's husband." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner would make appropriate application under relevant Rules and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 that if such application is made, the same would be considered in accordance with law. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner to make necessary application as per law within a period of two weeks from the date

AVSS, J W.P.No.10290 of 2017 of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such application is made, respondent No.3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
