Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit and a letter dated 06.07.2018, which is also signed by all the parties to the proceedings, is filed before the Registry to that effect.

In view of the same, permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
