Petitioner claims to have purchased agricultural land along with mango top on 11.12.2012 and is in possession and enjoyment ever since after purchasing the land. Thereafter, she requested the Tahsildar, Srungavarapukota, Vizianagaram District (3rd respondent) to record her name in the revenue records based on the registered document against Sy.No.500/9 to an extent of Ac.4.10 cents and Ac.0-83 cents in Sy.No.515/15, Kottam Village, Srungavarapukota Mandal, Vizianagaram District, but the same was not acted upon. On 08.05.2017, petitioner applied under Form-6(A) appended to the Rules under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971, to carry out corrections in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

The application filed by the petitioner in Form-6(A) is enclosed at Page No.11 and if this application is received and pending and so far no decision is made, the 3rd respondent is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner by following the due process and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. A decision to this effect shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
