Heard.
Petitioner questions the inaction of the 4th respondent in considering and passing appropriate orders on the application made on 19-01-2015 under Form 6-A read with Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds with respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5-10 gts., in Sy.Nos.425/Vu, 525/A, 518/AA and 524/E situated at Paloncha Village and Mandal, Khammam District, which was endorsed by the 4th respondent as having received. The petitioner states that her father was the absolute owner of the aforesaid land and after his death, she claims to have succeeded the same and accordingly made the aforesaid application before the 4th respondent. Since no orders are passed thereon, the present writ petition is filed.
Since the application of the petitioner was filed as early as on 19-01-2015 in the statutory proforma, I deem it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the same and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
