The present Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the Proceedings No.C/3606/2009 dated 10.8.2010 issued by the Tahsildar, Ramchandrapuram initiating proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.01 guntas in Sy.No.9/23 situated at Osman Nagar village, Ramchandrapuram mandal, until disposal of WP.No.27608 of 2008.

When the matter is taken up today, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner in the present Criminal Revision Case expired on 16.4.2013. To that effect, a Xerox copy of the death certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Tellapur Gram Panchayat, Sangareddy district has been placed on record. 3.

Since the petitioner died on 16.4.2013, no further cause would survive and the proceedings automatically stands abated.

The Xerox copy of the said death certificate is made part of the record and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
