THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3163 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 01.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nadigudem Police Station, Suryapet District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. In the said instructions, it is stated that the Investigating Officer obtained permission from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kodad vide C.No.62/C3/SDPO-K/2017, dated 06.06.2017, to refer the case as "false" and that the petitioner herein refused to take the notice, as such, the notice was pasted on the door of the petitioner's house under cover of panchanama. Along with the instructions, a final report is also enclosed.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
