HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1278 of 2020 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.196 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2019 in Cr.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-V Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak, Sanga Reddy.

By order, dated 16.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2019, the learned Sessions Judge while granting bail to the petitioners-A1 to A3 directed them to appear before the SHO concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 12 noon until further orders. Thereafter, the learned Sessions Judge, vide order, dated 02.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.196 of 2019 directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned S.H.O. twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 3rd Sunday of a month between 10.00 AM and 12 noon until further orders. Hence, this petition.

Taking into consideration the nature of offence and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to modify the said order. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the order, dated 02.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.196 of 2019

in Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2019 in Cr.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-V Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak, Sanga Reddy, is modified by directing the petitioners-A1 to A3 to appear before the concerned Court personally on each and every date of hearing till conclusion of trial. _______________________ JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI DATED: 24.02.2020.
