When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), placed on record written instructions dated 01.02.2018 furnished by Sub Inspector of Police, Kalapathar Police Station. According to the said instructions, after receipt of complaint of the petitioner herein, police have registered case in Crime No.16 of 2018 under Sections 447 and 506 IPC on 01.02.2018.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
