This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act aggrieved by the order dated 14.06.2011 in M.V.O.P.No.354 of 2010 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum X Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Visakhapatnam at Ankapalle.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the petition as the matter is settled out of court and to that effect, he also filed a letter dated 21.04.2017 before the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
