When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 05.02.2018, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) that police have registered Cr.No.58/2018, for the offences under Sections 403, 406, 420, 468, 471, 379 and 506 IPC, on 02.02.2018 and taken up investigation. It is further submitted that investigation would be completed as early as possible. The said written instructions are placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
