This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in not registering a case against the respondents 6 to 8 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader submits that a case is registered against respondents 6 to 8 basing on the complaint of the petitioner and the matter is under investigation.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. It is needless to observe that the fifth respondent shall investigate the matter in accordance with law.
