This Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the order dated 5.11.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2742 of 2015 in C.C.No.216 of 2015 by the X Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition with permission to file similar petition before the concerned trial Court. Permission as sought is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. JUSTICE T.
