THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.711 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.11.2017 in I.A.No.1448 of 2017 in O.S.No.177 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
