HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3698 of 2019 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Challenging a proposed e-auction to be conducted under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited has come up with the above Writ Petition.

Heard Mr.A.Jagan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Smt.V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for the Bank. It appears that the auction proposed to be held on 26.02.2019 failed. Therefore, there is no point in keeping the Writ Petition pending. Hence, it is closed. However, if a fresh notice is issued, it will always be opened to the petitioner to work out its remedy.
