THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36352 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the respondents are not receiving their applications along with the requisite fee for providing a domestic electricity service connection to their properties.

2. Smt J.Koteshwari Devi, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the respondents would receive the petitioners' applications along with the requisite fee and consider the same in accordance with law and decide whether or not to grant domestic electricity service connection to the petitioners' properties.

3. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to submit their applications for grant of domestic electricity service connection with requisite fee to the 3rd respondent within one (01) week from today and the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners within two (02) weeks thereafter. If he decides not to provide domestic electricity service connection to the petitioners' properties, he shall furnish reasons for the same to petitioner.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
