The prayer in the criminal petition is for early disposal of the calendar case pending before the learned 1st Special Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Malkajgiri.

Taking consideration of this fact, subject to the other work exigencies, the learned 1st Special Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Malkajgiri, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.61 of 2017 preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
