It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that main writ petition i.e. WP.No.26001 of 2017 itself is dismissed and cause in the contempt case does not survive. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
